Hi, I’m Malia, a certified yoga instructor, writer, and blogger.
I began my yoga journey in my teens as a way to cope with anxiety. Yoga was a wonderful way for me to reconnect with my body and find a sense of peace.
Since then, I started teaching yoga and meditation with an emphasis on restoration, relaxation, and self-love. I’m certified in trauma informed yoga therapy (TIYT) and am an Experienced Registered Yoga Teacher with the Yoga Alliance. I’ve also been formally trained in restorative yoga, anatomy and sequencing for injury prevention, the art of holding space, and more.
