I began my yoga journey ten years ago as a way to cope with anxiety. In my teen years, I started to struggle with Generalized Anxiety Disorder. Yoga was a wonderful way for me to reconnect with my body and find a sense of peace.
Since then, I started teaching yoga and meditation with an emphasis on restoration, relaxation, and self-love.
